Quick update. Members of Save Ivanhoe met with Banyule Council on Monday morning. Council are still reviewing the 700+ submissions. As such at the moment they are unable to provide much insight into what will be included in the new draft structure plan. Council have stated that there is unlikely to be any major change to the Activity Centre boundary. Council have not indicated whether there will be any changes to the proposed heights in the new plan. Council have said that the new draft will have significantly more detail than the current draft.
Save Ivanhoe encourages residents to continue to engage Council and local Councillors with your queries and concerns about the plan. In particular it is recommended that you attend one of the Information Sesssions scheduled for next week. Please talk to your neighbours and encourage them to attend.
